SHIPPING POLICIES

Nontando does its best to process and ship all orders within two (2) business days of receiving an online order. If we are out of stock and the item is backordered, we will inform you. Applicable information will be electronically sent to you, providing you with the status of the shipment and the expected delivery date.

We are currently using USPS for shipping within the continental USA and internationally. There is a strong likelihood that we will add additional service providers such as UPS and FedEX in the near future, thereby providing our customers a choice in shipping offerings.If you have a different preference for shipping than we may provide on that given day of your order, please contact us and we will accomodate you. If you need an item quickly, let us know when you place your order and we will ship it out one or two-day express. We can also provide you with a USPS tracking number that you can use to contact USPS, telephonically or online, in order to determine the status of your package.

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS OF $200 OR MORE:

Shipping is free for all orders of $200 or more within the lower 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping does not apply on orders to Alaska and Hawaii orders. Free shipping applies to USPS Ground service only. For Express shipping options, see "EXPRESS SERVICE SHIPPING" below for more details.

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS UNDER $200: For orders under $200, shipping charges will be charged using a table-rate basis and service selected. All shipping charges and options for orders under $200 are calculated and displayed when entering an online order. EXPRESS SERVICE SHIPPING: Nontando offers express shipping options for an additional fee.

PAYMENT

Nontando.com will accept payments in three ways:

Credit Cards: We receive American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Your statement will show a payment made to Nontando, and your account will be charged on the day the transaction is completed. As the payment is executed within Paypal,without the need to have a Paypal account. Paypal uses industry-leading use of encryption, and purchase protection programs.

As we are Paypal Verified, this further increases the security of the PayPal network. Verified members have successfully completed PayPals Verification system to establish their identity with Paypal.

If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card online, please contact us as we can providing the following options:

Money Orders: We will give you the exact amount, including shipping, over the phone or email, and you can make out your money order to Nontando and mail it to us, or:

Personal Check: We accept personal checks made out to Nontando. However, your purchase will not be shipped until the check has cleared – typically three to seven days. Email us to get the exact amount of your order including shipping.

RETURNS

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. A no questions asked, full refund will be granted as long as the merchandise is returned in the condition in which it was received

DAMAGE CLAIMS: All of the products we ship with USPS are insured for their full value by USPS (or any other carrier we use), and packed carefully by us in our warehouse. If you receive a damaged item, please call or email us and we will contact the shipper and file a claim with them. Save the damaged item and the original packaging for them to inspect and alert us by email or telephone that you are filing a claim. After the shipper confirms the damage, we will either issue you a credit or send you another item.
